Quality & Process Improvement
  • Perform quality control reviews of prefabricated assemblies to ensure compliance with project specifications and installation standards.
  • Work with QA/QC teams to establish and uphold prefabrication quality assurance protocols.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement in prefabrication workflows to reduce rework and improve consistency.
  • Implement lessons learned from previous projects and contribute to the standardization of prefabricated components.
  • Conduct site visits to verify installation quality, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Interest in renewable energy, manufacturing, supply chain, construction, data centers, or electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to tools like Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
