Job Summary

Join our dynamic team at Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. as a Field Technician, providing essential on-site support for telecommunications systems and equipment at Davis Monthan AFB in Arizona.

This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance to be considered for an interview.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for remote and deskside Tier 2 support for approximately 11,000 users, supporting up to 6,800 NIPR and 500 SIPR devices. Responsibilities include incident troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation beyond Tier 1 capabilities. Technicians will update and maintain incident tickets in the ticketing system, adhering to government processes, and will coordinate with EITaaS Wave 1 teams and other authorized entities.

Qualifications
  • Secret clearance required

  • Security+ certification

  • Provide Tier 2 support (remote and deskside) for incident resolution beyond Tier 1 capabilities, ensuring timely and accurate ticket updates

  • Utilize Remedy or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to document, manage, and resolve service tickets in compliance with government-defined workflows

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues on NIPR and SIPR end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices

  • Support mobile device management (MDM) tasks such as configuration, enrollment, security policy enforcement, and application deployment

  • Collaborate with Tier 1, Tier 3 (Engineering), and Tier 4 (OEM/Vendor) support teams to ensure comprehensive ticket resolution and escalation as needed

  • Participate in the EITaaS Wave 1 transition, including coordination with Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), UEM/Engineering, EUMOC, base CFP, and other stakeholders

  • Conduct desk-side support for vulnerability remediation efforts, such as failed patch installations, antivirus/malware deployments, and system compliance

  • Perform imaging, software installation, patching, and wall-to-desk cabling for physical endpoint support

  • Maintain documentation of work performed and ensure all actions are captured in the ticketing system for audit and SLA compliance
