The role… The Business Intelligence Developer serves as a developer in support of IT and strategic initiatives throughout the organization. This position works closely with leadership and other team members to deliver innovative solutions through ad hoc queries, reports, forms, extracts, dashboards, and other data solutions with a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications
To succeed, you have... - High school diploma- 3 years of related experience (Basic accounting, computer, etc.)- 3 years of management experience and/or training- Advanced knowledge of programming languages and intermediate database knowledge Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities
The role… The Business Intelligence Developer serves as a developer in support of IT and strategic initiatives throughout the organization. This position works closely with leadership and other team members to deliver innovative solutions through ad hoc queries, reports, forms, extracts, dashboards, and other data solutions with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrate enthusiastic support of the corporate mission, core values and long-term objectives. Performs job duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors' policies, established internal and external service standards and our work procedures.
- Results oriented with strong problem solving and analytical abilities along with a strong attention to details and focus on quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to multi-task, reprioritize, and escalate as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and maintain new data sources in the data warehouse. Experience in Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and ETL tools.
- Manage architecture, administration, maintenance and support of the BI platform. Evaluate and implement system upgrades ensuring proper communication of end user awareness and best practices. Experience with SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Suite (Crystal Reports, Webi or Lumira) desired.
- Design, develop, validate and maintain organized data analytics, reports, report definitions, data extracts, forms, dashboards, etc. Write queries, views and stored procedures. Knowledge of ETL desired.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to lead or to participate as a subject matter expert in projects, the ability to understand business processes and identify risks, the ability to provide creative solutions, the ability to monitor the project status and provide updates to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departments to understand business workflow and processes. Recommend and implement data related solution in response to a business problem.
- Provide guidance, training and technical support to departments relating to reports, forms and data analytics.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
