People Analyst/HRIS Reporting Specialist Child Care Resource Center

This position is hybrid and based in Chatsworth, CA. Candidates must reside in Southern California with the ability to commute to the office on a weekly basis. This is not a remote position and relocation assistance is not provided.
Anticipated hiring range: $88,000-$96,000 annually, depending on qualifications and directly related experience.
Under the direct supervision of the Director, People Experience, the People Analyst will analyze operational data related to People & Culture and interdepartmental initiatives and projects. The People Analyst will manage the project life cycle; communicate project status, goals, and targets; and research, develop, and implement policies and procedures as needed.
CCRC is looking for individuals with experience supporting HR operations, workforce reporting, and Workday reporting/dashboard functionality.

Minimum Required
Education/Experience:
BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field from four-year College or University
Minimum of 3 years experience in People Analytics and/or Data Science experience with a focus on workforce or people trends.
1 year Workday Custom Report Writing and Calculated Fields required.
Technical Requirements:
In addition to the education/experience requirements above, the following technical skills and competencies are required:
Demonstrated ability in data collection, data cleansing and analysis, including advanced analytics techniques such as multivariate regression models.
Working knowledge of statistical analysis, research design, data collection, interpreting results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
Background in HR data reporting, interactive dashboards, and successfully collaborating with HR functional leaders and analysts, preferably in a corporate environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visier, SQL Query, or comparable analytic platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
Travel: Some travel/business related driving required; This position requires travel. Staff may choose any mode of transportation (driving, walking, bicycling, carpooling, etc.) to arrive to and depart from the location where attendance is required. Should a staff member choose to drive, the staff member must become an approved driver with CCRC prior to driving on behalf of CCRC. Approved drivers driving on behalf of CCRC may choose to drive a CCRC vehicle or own vehicle and must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver’s License and receiving DMV clearance.
Work Schedule: Full time, Hybrid in person at our Headquarters office in Chatsworth, CA.
