We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to manage planning, tracking, and analyzing project financials, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects by maintaining tight financial control and reporting standards. 

 

You will: 

•  Manage/Lead 3-5 Project Coordinators to support Projects and Project Manager during Project Life-Cycle.
• Assist Project Managers to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.
• Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.
• Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.
• Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.

Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.

Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.

Follow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.

Support development of project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.

You have: 

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
