POSITION SUMMARYThe Digital Technology Portfolio Leader will oversee the technology portfolio for McCarthy’s endtoend supply chain technology program and multiyear implementation roadmap spanning all of our pillars: equipment, logistics, prefabrication, professional services, and procurement. This experienced technology leader oversees planning and prioritization of the technology portfolio, driving the overall planning and execution of key implementations, integrations, data and AI solutions to deliver a scalable set of supply chain capabilities that improve cost, schedule, resiliency, and user experience. The role will partner closely with the department leadership team and key stakeholders to help organize the portfolio of opportunities, drive highperforming teams (application/product leads, data leads/analysts, change management leads) and partner closely with both department and IT product + platform owners to deliver business value at pace. This role will be reporting into the VP of Internal Controls while maintaining dotted line rollup to the Corporate digital team. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the department's portfolio strategy and technology roadmap, aligning investments, risks, and capacity to prioritized business outcomes; define and evolve the endtoend capability model and translate it into sequenced initiatives.
- Own the department's portfolio governance, including intake, prioritization, ROI development, and ongoing benefits/value tracking, while partnering with external advisors to keep vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Lead cross-functional product/application owners across key domains (eCommerce/marketplace, order management, sourcetopay, inventory/yard, transportation/logistics, supplier collaboration) to set product vision, organize backlogs, and drive iterative delivery with clear success metrics and adoption targets.
- Partner with platform owners and architects to define and enforce reference architecture (applications, data, integration, security), develop modern integration patterns (eventdriven, APIfirst) on Boomi, and shape the department's data and analytics portfolio to enable analytics/AIdriven process and decision automation.
- Support vendoragnostic platform evaluations, RFPs, and commercial diligence; manage strategic partners against outcomes, SLAs, and roadmap commitments, and collaborate with security leads to ensure deployments meet regulatory, tax, and industry compliance obligations.
- Build, mentor, and retain a diverse, highperforming team of product/application and data leaders; partner with change management to design and execute comprehensive change enablement (communications, training, superuser networks, cutover planning) that drives adoption and value realization.
- 10+ years leading multi-platform supply chain or operations technology implementations, with 5+ years managing managers/lead roles in a portfolio capacity; proven delivery across key domains such as eCommerce/marketplace, order management, source to pay, inventory/asset management, logistics/transportation, and supplier collaboration.
- Demonstrated success defining and executing an integrated portfolio roadmap and reference architecture across applications, data, and integrations, including strong experience with modern integration approaches (API first, event driven, iPaaS such as Boomi or similar).
- Hands on leadership partnering with enterprise data and analytics platforms to operationalize KPIs and AI assisted decisioning in support of core operations and supply chain processes.
- Vendor agnostic selection and commercial diligence experience, including shaping RFIs/RFPs, demo scripts, scoring and reference checks, and partnering in contract negotiation; executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Yard/Equipment, Prefab, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Risk.
- Preferred: Background in AEC, EPC, manufacturing, or other asset intensive industries with exposure to modern ERP, supply chain planning, TMS/WMS, telematics/IoT, and field/construction platforms (e.g., Procore), plus a bachelor’s in engineering, supply chain, information systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
