Responsibilities
Remote Summer Internship 2026: Learning & Development | HR Project Management | Career Development
This is a full-time, remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Time zone preference is PT, MT, or CT.
This paid internship offers exceptional hands-on experience in corporate learning and development, with direct responsibility for managing key programs that impact our entire organization. You'll take ownership of meaningful projects from day one, working directly with experienced L&D leaders who will provide guidance while encouraging your independent growth. Throughout this experience, you'll build valuable skills in talent development, human resources, project management, instructional design, program development, and organizational effectiveness.
We are looking for someone who consistently delivers high-quality work, meets deadlines without reminders, demonstrates strong professional accountability in a remote setting, and takes initiative to solve problems independently. This role also requires strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively lead discussions with cross-functional teams of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide essential program management support for a high-visibility enterprise-wide weeklong learning conference impacting thousands of employees across the organization.

- Help employees grow and develop in their careers by partnering with subject matter experts to develop and deliver impactful career presentations and resources.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Management, Education or related field.GPA of 3.0 or higher.Graduating in Summer or Fall of 2026 or Spring of 2027.Ability to commit 40 hours per week for 10 weeks during the 2026 summer. Strong writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.Ability to present and communicate confidently with all levels of an organization.Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.Ability to work independently, and at the same time collaboratively, across various businesses, functions, and levels within the organization.Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools thoughtfully, iterating, refining, and applying human judgement to produce professional outputs.Preferred: Experience designing training for adults using instructional design theory and learning principles.Preferred: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Webex.
