Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you'll support engineers through the project lifecycle by developing project scope and fee and setting up and maintaining project schedules. You'll assist with managine the overall project budget and provide budget project analysis support. The Project Coordinator reports to the project manager.
Hourly Pay: $40-$50 per hour based on experience. This position is in office with hybrid scheduling available after onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Attend internal and external project meetings
- Assist with keeping project on track
- Develop and maintain project schedule using Microsoft Project
- Develop and manage resource plan
- Assist with management of overall project budget
- Manage subconsultant budgets and deliverables
- Assist with contract processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 5+ years of project support experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Microsoft Project, and a Project ERP System (Deltek Preferred).
- This office job primarily operates in a professional office and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. May occasionally be exposed to noise. While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include constantly sitting, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, and occasional standing, moving, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, and coordination. This job will rarely require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs.
