Position Title: Personnel Security Specialist


Dynamis is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to provide support for personnel security operations performing clearance processing activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Specialist will perform general personnel security case management, assembles personnel security case files, and recommends cases for final adjudication.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs execution of personnel security processes and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Coordinates and reviews background investigations, clearance actions, and continuous evaluation activities.
  • Performs general personnel security case management, assembles personnel security case files, and recommends cases for final adjudication.
  • Reviews and approves clearance actions, investigations, and related documentation
  • Manages end-to-end clearance lifecycle activities (initials, reinvestigations, upgrades, reciprocity, separations)
  • Ensures compliance with federal and DoD personnel security policies.
  • Utilizes and enters data into government security systems
  • Tracks metrics and supports audits, inspections, and government reviews

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Four (4) years of personnel security experience.
  • Ability to successfully complete a DHS Public Trust background check.

Preferred:

  • Experience performing general personnel security case management, assembling personnel security case files, and recommending cases for final adjudication.
  • Knowledge of federal personnel security regulations and processes
  • Experience with government clearance systems
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
