What to Expect During the Transition

• Role Continuity: Your core responsibilities, daily tasks, and work location will remain primarily unchanged.

• Streamlined Onboarding: We have designed an expedited process to move you through background checks and administrative setup quickly.

• Dedicated Support: Our transition team will be available to answer questions regarding benefits, payroll cycles, and company culture.

Qualifications

• Current Standing: Must be a current employee in good standing on the contract.

• Technical Skills: Possession of all required certifications, clearances, and technical competencies currently required for your specific labor category.

• Documentation: Ability to provide standard employment eligibility documentation (I-9) and complete a standard background screening and drug screen.

To ensure a smooth "Day One" experience, please respond to all of these questions:
