Qualifications
RS&H is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL. This is an embedded position reporting to the office 5 days per week. RS&H is currently seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. You'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing routine clerical and administrative support; coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments; assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents; coordinating and booking travel and assisting in preparing and submitting expense reports; and serving as a point of contact and resource for visitors. - Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education and prior administrative/clerical experience is preferred.
- Possess basic knowledge of administrative duties and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Possess solid oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.
- Have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with others.
