The Gogo Treasury Analyst supports daily cash management, bank reconciliations, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring liquidity and financial stability for a company. You will be monitoring cash positions, processing payments (EFTs, wires), helping with forecasts, tracking investments, maintaining bank relationships, preparing reports, and assisting with compliance and system enhancements, requiring strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

How will you make a difference?

• Cash & Liquidity Management:
  • Monitor daily cash across all bank accounts
  • Assist with 13 week forecasts
  • Support execution of all internal fund transfers and payments
  • Manage short-term investments
  • Create weekly cash request
• Bank Operations:
  • Help with opening and maintain bank accounts and signatory records
  • Maintain relations with banking partners and support documentation requirements
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
• Reporting & Analysis:
  • Set up daily/weekly/monthly cash reports, dashboards, liquidity analyses
  • Participate in month-end close
  • Track short-term investments, debt instruments and interest expense
• Payments:
  • Execute electronic payments, fund transfers, FX trades, and manage related documentation
• Risk & Compliance:
  • Help monitor internal controls and policies
  • Aid in audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping of treasury transactions
• Systems:
  • Contribute to automation and efficiency projects within the treasury operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury

Required Skills, Talents, & Experience

• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate at different levels of the organization both verbally and written

Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience

• Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems is a plus
• Exposure to corporate banking, cash management, or investment operations

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay:

57,600.00 - 72,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
