Overview
We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Tester Summer Intern to join our team in North Palm Beach, FL. The internship offers hand-on experience in software testing, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams - perfect for someone eager to learn how quality products are built and maintained.
Local Candidate Only: This is a hybrid opportunity and must be able to come to the office 2 days a week.
Conditions of Employment:
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. (Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.)
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Required Skill:
- will directly contribute to the product quality of assigned product line(s) by testing and reporting defects of new and updated software programs
- is assigned to one product line full-time and may be assigned to other products as backup
Essential Duties:
- Executes manual test cases
- Reviews test scripts/cases
- Learns new software as assigned.
- Learns new test tools as required
- Reports defects found during testing or reported by Technical Support
- Participates in assigned meetings for assigned product line
- Possesses good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Works In Office 2 days per week minimum, may work from home the other days

Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.
