The starting salary for this position is $59,885-$67,371 annually, depending on experience.
About the role:
The Enterprise Innovation Developer I designs, develops, builds, tests, analyzes, modifies, deploys, and supports lowrisk automation and AIenabled workflow solutions. The role receives defined requirements and translates them into innovative solutions, increasing efficiency across the credit union.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and modify automation logic and workflow integrations (connectors, parsing rules, workflow steps, AI) for lowrisk automation/AI solutions based on defined requirements and approved solution patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation/AI solutions through rootcause analysis; implement corrective modifications and performance/reliability improvements.
- Implement and enhance promptbased and retrieval behaviors (where applicable) using established evaluation criteria and approved patterns; document test results and apply iterative improvements.
- Execute solution testing and validation, ensuring changes meet acceptance criteria prior to release.
- Prepare releases and deploy approved changes to production following peer review and manager approval.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
- A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Interpersonal Skills
- A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically, it includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
Other Skills:
- Familiarity with low code/no-code platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (prompting, embeddings, LLMs).
- Experience with document Intelligence to extract test and structure from documents.
