Overview

Job Title: CISCO Call Manager
Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa FL 



Responsibilities

The CISCO Call Manager shall support the software-based call-processing system. 

  • In-depth knowledge of voice gateways.

  • Expertise in end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) and multicast design and implementation.

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS-based routers (ASR 1000, 3900, 3800, 2800 series).

  • Proficiency with Cisco IOS-based switches (6500, 4500, 3750 series).

  • Strong technical documentation skills.

  • Solid network troubleshooting capabilities and comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure.



Qualifications



    An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
    Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. 
    At least seven (7) years of recent specialized experience.
    At least two (2) years experience in a military environment. The following certifications are required: Security+ and CCNP.
    Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.

Education:

  • Associate’s degree in Networking, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.
