Service Call Coordinator PM Support Specialist will be responsible for the creation of PMs and critical spares management.

General Statement of Duties:

  • SAP knowledge, preferably
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work Order creation, and continuous improvements
  • PM Administrative Management (customer submitted updates; schedules; frequencies; etc.)
  • Regular interactions with Maintenance Supervision / technicians for creating equipment records, equipment failures, DWAs and PMs
  • Critical Spare Part identification and management for all type A/B equipment
  • Smart Choice: Identification, Creation, Submission (cost savings)
  • Use of Lean principles to achieve up time and improve quality
  • SAP Analyst, creating, updating, scheduling of equipment
  • Single Point Lesson assistance and creation
  • Supports process equipment engineering for any types of failure analysis.
  • Provides onsite service call assistance as necessary for any vendor contracted work
