JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Marketing Manager who combines digital marketing expertise, strategic communications skills and exceptional storytelling abilities to strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement. This role is responsible for crafting persuasive content for owned marketing channels, executing demand generation campaigns, managing marketing automation, and shaping executive-level messaging that aligns with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of delivering impactful digital experiences while advising senior leaders on communication strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital Marketing & Automation
- Translate overarching brand messaging strategies into compelling, audience-focused narratives and actionable content for owned marketing channels, including website, landing pages and email communications.
- Administer and optimize Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, workflows, and campaign automation for email communications.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth and align with sales objectives.
- Develop, manage and enhance website and landing page content to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and continuously optimize website and email content based on analytics and performance insights, implementing A/B testing and SEO best practices to maximize results.
Executive & Strategic Communications
- Develop and deliver internal executive communications, including leadership updates and town hall content.
- Create compelling presentation materials and visuals for executive committee and board-level meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and tone across internal and external channels.
- Advise senior leaders on storytelling and message development to reinforce organizational priorities.
- Stay informed on industry trends to proactively shape communication themes.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications or related fields, ideally with a mix of corporate and creative agency experience. B2B marketing experience a plus.
- Experience in ecommerce, Business to Consumer (B2C) shipping, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills; ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience in marketing automation and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to work closely with senior executives with discretion and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong prioritization and project management skills under tight deadlines.
