Overview

You Must Be Able to WORK in our Peachtree Corners office Location.

 

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in a Backoffice position (no phone work) for one of our Financial clients. The position requires individuals that enjoy working with very detailed information (numbers, data) to identify discrepancies and to properly document the findings in appropriate screens/systems. 

  • Training starts Monday, March 9, 2026
  • $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Agents are assigned a backlog of accounts to audit for accuracy.  
  • Agents must be able to accurately document findings and update records in required systems.
  • Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectively.
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations as directed by management or during training.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma required. 
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work..
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
