Position Mission: NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Transformation Specialist to support the Strategic Transformation Office's (TMO) sales imperatives. This role will focus on tracking, analyzing, and reporting on transformation programs to help drive increased sales effectiveness and sustainable growth across the organization.

As a key contributor to the sales transformation team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to provide insights, maintain project documentation, and support continuous improvement efforts across a broad portfolio of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor progress of sales transformation initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely collection of project metrics and performance data.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that inform decision-making and support improvement efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate initiative status, progress, and results to sales leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and HR teams to gather information, validate data, and coordinate activities that support transformation project execution.
  • Support the development and maintenance of documentation such as process maps, project plans, standard operating procedures, and playbooks.
  • Help facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability on transformation efforts.
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by documenting findings, tracking issues, and supporting resolution efforts.
  • Assist in change management activities by supporting training coordination, adoption measurement, and feedback collection related to sales transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to managers to track the effectiveness and adoption of new tools, programs, and processes.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in sales transformation and analytics to contribute ideas for continuous improvement.


Experience, Education, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or transformation/continuous improvement support roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, CRMA) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Ability to manage congruent and diverging projects
  • Experience with sales technology, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics preferred.
  • Remote work environment
  • Travel up to 10% of the time
