We’re seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician in Moultrie, GA, to support daily maintenance and repair activities. This hands-on role works alongside experienced technicians to keep electrical and mechanical equipment operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance.
The starting hourly rate is $20.00 per hour and may increase based on years of experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance, including inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas, and preparing rigs and systems for daily operations
- Perform preventative maintenance on chlorine vacuum feed systems and electrical components, pull and route electrical wiring safely and correctly, and repair or replace pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, belt presses, and related equipment
- Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records, and respond to emergency repairs and on-call maintenance needs as required
What We Need
- Willing to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in a 24-hour emergency on-call rotation
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License required; Class B CDL preferred
- SCBA certification required or ability to obtain
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, mechanical equipment, hydraulics, and hand tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to frequently lift 50–60 lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb stairs/use ladders regularly
