Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Management
- Pull, consolidate, and maintain shipping, freight, and logistics data from internal systems, carriers, and thirdparty platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports.
- Maintain historical datasets, standard file structures, and documentation.
Reporting & Visualization
- Build and update dashboards, charts, and KPIs for logistics performance (e.g., transit times, carrier performance, accessorials, volume trends).
- Provide regular and adhoc reporting to Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Present data in a clear, visual format that supports decision-making.
Cost & Pricing Analysis
- Analyze freight costs, surcharges, and routing patterns to identify trends and savings opportunities.
- Support pricing teams by generating cost models and lanelevel analysis.
- Assist with RFPs, carrier rate evaluations, and costtoserve analysis.
Coordinate Daily Shipments
- Quote and coordinate inbound and outbound traffic from InComm Distribution Centers
- Communicate status changes, shipment delays and other updates to stakeholders
- Update and Maintain Incomm Payments Shipment Guidelines
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Work closely with , and Operations teams to understand business needs and improve reporting and processes.
- Recommend automation or process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Validate carrier invoices and reconcile freight charges when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, dashboards).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and SQL.
- Understanding of logistics, transportation, freight terms, and cost components.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical/problemsolving skills.
