What You Will Do
  • Under the general supervision from a Food Service Administrator, perform line supervisory duties for a food service unit within the Food Service Department.

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Three (3) years (36 months) of food service work experience in an institutional or commercial setting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

-Supervisory ability and experience.
-Ability to pass food handlers examination.
-Knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures and the ability to acquire the Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Management Sanitation Certificate.
