Job Summary

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking applicants for a Deposit Operations Representative to join the Deposit Operations Department. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review high risk address changes to avoid potential member losses. Perform outbound calls to ensure accuracy of address changes.
  • Quality control Safe Deposit Box contracts and surrender forms. Monitor weekly branch Safe Deposit Box Reports through Lodestar.
  • Serve as a membership officer by assisting in the review of all enrollment and related account forms from other departments for completion and accuracy. Verify the data processing system reflects the correct information.
  • Answer incoming calls pertaining to Deposit Operations from outside and inside the credit union.
  • Assist with opening new person profiles and new accounts.
  • Assist with specialty related items from other branches/departments.
  • Review and complete various reports according to internal procedures.
  • Assist with Payable on Death forms.
  • Assist with Vintage and Joint Owner additions as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Deposit Operations department.
  • Work in the Deposit Operations Department's Saturday rotation as needed.
