Commercial Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician – Third Shift

Full-Time | Overnight Schedule

Nelbud is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians. This is a physically demanding, overnight position with strong opportunities for advancement.

No experience? We will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ductwork, fans)
• Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized tools
• Work on rooftops and inside exhaust systems
• Install access panels and perform basic system maintenance
• Represent Nelbud professionally on job sites

What to Expect

• Overnight schedule (Sunday–Thursday)
• Start times as early as 5 PM; shifts may run late
• Physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
• Work in tight spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with physical labor and challenging environments
• Able to work overnight consistently
• Strong work ethic and team mindset

Driving Eligibility (for company vehicle use)
To operate a company vehicle, candidates must meet the following:

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 20 years old
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
