Remote role

What You’ll Do

Production Scheduling & Planning

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize master production schedules across multiple sites
  • Align production capacity with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and revenue goals
  • Communicate clear production priorities to plant-level teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with demand planning, materials, and procurement to balance supply and demand
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to resolve constraints and bottlenecks
  • Support SIOP/S&OP processes with production feasibility insights

Systems & Process Management

  • Manage planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock) within ERP/MRP systems
  • Drive standardized planning processes across sites for scalability and consistency
  • Ensure adherence to planning windows and escalation protocols

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and inventory turns
  • Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans
  • Provide leadership visibility into production readiness and constraints

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of production planning or supply chain experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting SIOP/S&OP processes preferred
  • Background in high-mix or engineered-to-order manufacturing strongly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills: experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Solid understanding of capacity planning and inventory management

Preferred Certifications
