POSITION SUMMARY

This position will provide administrative support to the office administrative team including:

  1. Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
  2. Input of data into computer system
  3. Organization of documents for record retention
  4. All other duties as assigned


This is a part time position located in Kieler, WI.

Position Requirements:
  1. Strong attention to detail
  2. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  3. Good record keeping and basic computer skills including Microsoft office
  4. Experience with computerized accounting software preferred
  5. Ability to communicate effectively
