Your Typical Day
- Full cycle selling - prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environmentTarget key verticals - restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges, corporate offices, entertainment venues & moreConduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirementsWork with prospects in a consultative manner as a fire and life safety expert Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
What Will You Bring?
- Successful B2B sales experienceMechanical aptitudeControls or Life Safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plusConsultative selling approachWillingness and ability to work with a hands-on approachCRM programs required, Salesforce experience strongly preferred Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms; use of ladders, inspection tools, and camera
