Sitting and standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25lbs. Performing repetitive motion tasks.
Shift
The Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm., 40 hours/week, typical shift hours are 8:15am to 5:15pm. Shift hours can change without notice due to the needs of the Customer Service Center. Required overtime and Saturdays are expected during certain times of the year such as the start of student semesters and the beginning of the fiscal year; July 1.
Job Summary
The Transportation Services department at the University of Kentucky is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative candidate. The person in this position will serve as a Customer Service Representative in the Customer Service Center of the Transportation Services Department.

This position is responsible for:
  • parking permit issuance and maintaining timely and accurate trash actions
  • record keeping
  • provide professional, customer-friendly, positive customer service
  • resolving ordinary concerns, conflicts, and grievances with students, employees, and visitors
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • software management

Special assignments are required.
