| Job Summary | The Director of Player Personnel is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and administration of all football recruiting and player personnel operations for the University of Kentucky Football program. This position provides leadership and supervision for the recruiting and creative services staff, oversees recruiting logistics and compliance, manages official and unofficial visits, coordinates NIL and Transfer Portal processes, and serves as a primary liaison between football staff, compliance, administration, and external stakeholders. The position ensures all recruiting and player personnel activities comply with NCAA, Southeastern Conference, and University of Kentucky policies and procedures. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Extensive knowledge of NCAA, SEC, and University of Kentucky recruiting rules and regulations. Knowledge of NIL legislation, Transfer Portal policies, and roster management practices. Strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills. Ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with recruiting databases, video platforms, and standard office software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. |
