| Shift | Day-Shift: Primarily weekends, weekday hours may be available |
| Job Summary | This position will perform physical therapy evaluations and render physical therapy treatments following a physician’s order. Will treat patients with a variety of diagnoses. Will perform appropriate documentation in the medical record. |
