Job Summary
The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking an energetic and self-motivated HR Coordinator to serve as a key member of the Business Center team. Responsibilities include: triaging HR-related college inquiries, assist the HR Director with managing staff HR processes for the college, manage the recruitment and selection workflow for staff hiring, complete faculty pre-hiring HR workflow for new positions, oversee onboarding and off-boarding processes, position maintenance in IES, data management, and reporting. This individual will serve as a HR representative for the college and must maintain a comprehensive understanding of all human resources policies and procedures. Position offers the possibility of one remote day a week.
