| Job Summary | The Pediatric Specialty Clinic is seeking a Nurse Team Leader to manage nursing teams with the division of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology Clinic. This position will manage daily clinic flow, provide direct patient care, as well as day to day oversight of nursing and clinical staff. The Nurse Team Leader will work closely with the division chief and providers to create, maintain, and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure continuity of care. In addition to the above, the Nurse Team Lead will also work closely with the Practice Manager and Nurse Clinical Manager to operationalize ambulatory clinic issues, nursing directives, scheduling templates, protocols, and staffing models. |
