| Job Summary | The Messaoudi Lab seeks an experienced Senior Laboratory Technician to play a key role in advancing our research. This position requires experience in sterile tissue culture techniques, with primary responsibilities including establishing, expanding, and maintaining organoid culture systems. The Senior Technician will process clinical and animal samples for downstream applications, troubleshoot and optimize new experimental protocols, and perform advanced techniques including flow cytometry, next-generation sequencing library preparation, ELISA, and Western blotting. The role requires strong analytical skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with data analysis software (GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, R studio) is highly desirable. The candidate will oversee lab inventory and purchasing as well as ensure compliance with institutional biosafety regulations. This position requires excellent organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative research environment. |
