| Job Summary | The Associate Director of Linkage to Care provides strategic and operational leadership for HIV linkage to care services across clinical, community-based, and outreach settings throughout Kentucky. This role oversees program design and implementation to ensure timely, client-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed linkage, engagement, and retention in care. Responsibilities include supervising managers and field staff, developing and monitoring workflows and policies, managing budgets and grant-funded activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading quality improvement and performance monitoring efforts. The Associate Director builds strong partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations to reduce barriers to care, strengthen referral networks, and improve continuity and outcomes for individuals living with HIV.
