Job Summary
The Center on Drug and Alcohol Research is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant.

  • This individual will respectfully acknowledge, greet patients, and answer phones according to established guidelines.
  • Will register patients, make appointments, and collect insurance co-pays and fees for services not covered by insurance.
  • Will schedule follow up appointments, assist with daily clinic functions including processing mail, ordering supplies and stocking the lab. Process medical records requests.
