Job Summary
The Kentucky Tobacco Research & Development Center (KTRDC), housed within the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, is seeking a dedicated Scientist I to join our dynamic team. This position plays a vital role in supporting KTRDC’s mission of utilizing plant-based technologies to advance and strengthen Kentucky agriculture.

About the Role


The Scientist I will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of agricultural matrices, developing and validating analytical methods for targeted compounds. Responsibilities include data acquisition, statistical analysis, and interpretation under established QA/QC protocols. Findings will be communicated through technical reports, peer-reviewed publications, and scientific conferences, with active collaboration across research teams.
