The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Program Analyst, Junior for a role in
an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The Program Analyst, Junior is responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and objectives.
The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5ISR Center in their
mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Researching best business practices within and outside the organization, collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost.
- Duties may include determining how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in business discipline or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Able to communicate with peers to explain facts, basic analysis, processes and practices related to area.
Preferred Qualifications
Eligible for TS / SCI
- Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).
- Experience supporting Army programs
