Leidos was awarded the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract and currently has an opening for an ICAM Specialist AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle clouds. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to modernize a leading, global-scale multi-cloud environment in support of a critical mission, supporting USAF system resiliency, security, and cost effectiveness.
Location:
This position will be hybrid remote and may require travel to support customer or corporate meetings near Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA) or Huntsville, AL.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- The candidate will be responsible for solutioning and implementing Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems and providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support to all Cloud One platforms.
- Continuously monitor system resources through automated scanning and implement automated reporting feeds to support Department of Air Force (DAF) ICAM requirements and effective access control.
- Design, deploy, configure, operate, and maintain ICAM solutions for the C1 Architecture for Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in NIPRNet and SIPRNet
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to access and authentication.
- Support all IT stakeholders involved with system design, system builds, and Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts on ICAM cybersecurity requirements and tooling.
- Assist end-users in resolving access challenges.
- Provide dedicated ICAM support facilitating IL2, IL4, IL5, and IL6 cloud environments.
- Partner with executive leadership, Program Managers, Security, and various stakeholders to deliver and maintain authorizations. Prepare and deliver presentations and status reports of efforts to various audiences.
- Provide oversight and guidance to IA and IT stakeholders involved with system architecture, design and system builds
- Develop and present reports and updates to senior management, including the weekly action report and monthly operations report.
- Partner with the leadership for enterprise solutions to create efficiencies, cost-savings, and speed of execution
- Train and educate customers on ICAM functionalities and best practices.
- Supply required authorization-related documentation and artifacts
- Participate in regular briefings with the customer on cybersecurity status, including preparing briefing materials
- Work closely with government Cyber & technical teams to support ICAM enhancements and DAF requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes
- Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a learning environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in ICAM solutions and/or IAM related Cloud Native Services.
- Experience with Azure Entra ID
- Experience onboarding applications to Single Sign On (SSO).
- Secret clearance required
- US citizenship required
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture and various Cloud Service Providers
- Administrative experience with Okta and SailPoint.
- Experience with C#, Javascript, and leveraging APIs.
- Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds
- Certifications: CISSP or equivalent (IAT-3)
