We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in our Burlington, MA office.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support the growth of our business. You’ll play a key role in managing our digital presence across channels — including web, social media, email, and search — while collaborating closely with colleagues across teams. The ideal candidate blends hands-on digital experience with strategic vision and a willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced, professional-services environment.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will:

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, paid search, social media, and third-party platforms.
  • Manage and optimize company website and social media pages for user experience and lead generation.
  • Develop and monitor key metrics and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot) to measure ROI and campaign success, sharing actionable insights with leadership.
  • Oversee organic and paid SEO, keyword research, and ongoing content optimization efforts.
  • Produce, publish, and promote high-quality digital content (blogs, case studies, videos, etc.), partnering with subject matter experts.
  • Support account-based marketing and demand generation strategy with tailored campaigns for specific client targets and market sectors.
  • Work with the marketing team and subject matter experts to generate campaign materials, presentations, and digital collateral.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital touchpoints, adhering to visual and editorial guidelines.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, or agencies as needed for digital project delivery.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and relevant industry technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the marketing and communications objectives of the company.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to create, execute, and measure multichannel digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools: web CMS (WordPress or similar), Google Analytics, marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), SEO platforms, paid search/social ad managers.
  • Familiarity with content management and content creation for web, social, and email.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or train junior team members on best practices.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals or basic HTML/CSS.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEO and/or other digital marketing topics.

The salary for this position in Burlington, MA is $85,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certifications, skills and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
