We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Account Director to expand and accelerate growth within our strategic customer segment. This role is focused on net-new revenue generation, account expansion, and creating long-term customer value. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing complex enterprise deals.

What You’ll Do
- Own both expansion and new business growth by managing an existing book of customers while identifying new opportunities and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas through strategic outreach and solution-based selling.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Required degree: Bachelor’s or industry experience
- Industry experience preferred
- 10 years of sale experience
- Essential technical skills (e.g., software proficiency, technical competencies)
- Experience using Salesforce and accurate forecasting
- Up to 50% travel required (100% remote outside of travel requirements)

Compensation Transparency
At IDC, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Employees are compensated equitably for their work, aligned with their skills and experience. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent third-party partner.
The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $170,000 - $235,000, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
