• Train, support, and motivate custodial staff to deliver excellent results.

• Assist in coordinating staffing and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous leadership or supervisor experience (required).

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple sites.
