You will focus on the physical security of employees, assets, facilities, and information. You will direct, support and/or coordinate physical security operations, resources and emergency response as well as participate in improving the consistency and effectiveness of security and safety across multiple global sites. You will also be responsible for supervising a Security Specialist(s).

Senior Security Supervisor - 640
We are seeking a Senior Security Supervisor in our Brooklyn Park, MN location, to be a part of the Quantinuum Physical Security Team, developing and implementing the overall physical security strategy for the business and promoting a culture of security. You will focus on the physical security of employees, assets, facilities, and information. You will direct, support and/or coordinate physical security operations, resources and emergency response as well as participate in improving the consistency and effectiveness of security and safety across multiple global sites. You will also be responsible for supervising a Security Specialist(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates the vision and leads the execution of the physical security program at all business locations globally to protect our people and our assets
- Leads physical risk and site threat assessments and develops appropriate security remediation plans at all global locations at least annually.
- Identifies, creates and implements physical security policies and procedures, with effective change management.
- Selects, develops and implements technology and services to enhance the security measures of all global locations, managing security service providers and other external suppliers.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, to align security objectives and support organizational initiatives, into create a safe and positive employee experience.
- Educates employees on security protocols and emergency procedures, managing a training calendar, including developing and delivering new and annual trainings.
- Maintain records of security incidents, maintenance, audits, visitor management records, and NDA records, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Manages the budget (requests, along with managing to it in-year) for the entire Physical Security Program.
- Responsible for supervising and providing guidance to a Security Specialist, ensuring the successful completion of tasks while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Delivers and implements Quantinuum talent cycle, including setting goals and completing performance feedback.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Minimum 6+ years of experience managing security programs
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
