What you will do:
- Assist the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports to support business development efforts.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, email, direct mail, and traditional media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Develop marketing content, including thought leadership articles, promotional materials, newsletters, and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights; recommend strategies based on findings.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information.
- Collaborate with sales, service groups, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related field required. :
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within AEC or professional services industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing software tools.
- Microsoft Suite Products (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc).
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment.
- Must be able to work onsite at a WSB office, as needed, up to five days per week, as required by the project, client, or hiring manager
- Field visits may be required to support project needs or stakeholder collaboration.
- Travel may be required.
