Rate of Pay: $127,421 per year
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
Duties: Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Enable new business through integration solutions. Provide business and technical consulting to our business partners as they build solutions enabling seamless integration across the SPS Commerce network and various ERP systems. Responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements. Work with the customer to configure or customize their application to meet their business requirements. Conduct sessions with the customer over the phone or in-person, attend project meetings and provide status updates on activities and deliverables. May direct the project work of other technical resources. Work closely with all key solution stakeholders, including the Project Manager, technology and support teams, customer delivery teams, and solution partners. Consult clients to analyze and verify operational needs and understand clients' business objectives and goals. Track progress of implementation project(s) and ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved. Keep customers and other stakeholders informed of project progress. Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project.
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field and six years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or six years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include one year in each of the following skills:
1.Customer implementation, solution testing and EDI in a high- volume data processing environment.
2.ERP or Ecommerce standard business practices.
3.Creating or designing organizational and systems processes documentation such as customer specific solution recommendation or EDI Order to Cash process flows.
4.ANSI X12 EDI documents such as 850,855,856, or 810.
5.AS2, SFTP, FTP protocols, process, and set up.
6.Data mapping and coding in various file formats such as XML, APP, CSV, Flat File or X12.
Can telecommute 95% of time.
