Position Summary:
The Associate Business Analyst I (Associate BA I) is responsible for contributing to the development cycle of SPS products and services on the Network Subscriber Onboarding Analytics and Assortment team. This includes managing the initial design/build, ongoing changes, and bug fixes as necessary. This person will contribute to a range of design-related activities, producing an internal, retailer-specific, “design” artifacts. The Associate BA I will be evaluated on team contribution to productivity, ability to meet deadlines, and impact to production dataflow. This person is expected to understand retail requirements for the main order management models and core EDI documents. In this role the Associate BA I will be able to manage a full project load of the core products that the position works with while contributing to the queue of open production issues.Essential Responsibilities / Duties
Consult with external customers and internal teams to determine business requirements and translates these into SPS canonical language; designs and maintains retail-specific products for vendor communities through a combination of analysis of retailer and industry requirements and interpretation of EDI usage and best practices
Oversee delivery through the design, mapping, and testing process for our core product offerings, primary data formats and core document types
Review each task holistically based on potential impact to all products, customers, etc.
Contribute to ongoing maintenance and bug fixes of team products
Partner with other Business Analysts to support department and company strategic initiatives and priorities
Oversee project’s delivery to meet the overall project plans and timelines
Serve as the design lead and technical contact for communications with the external trading partners
Ensure consistency of products through development and maintenance of a “Design” artifact
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
0-1 years of relevant experience required
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take on new challenges
Ability to learn the technical details of a given solution and make delivery-related decisions once understood
Exhibits a high attention to detail
Demonstrated concern for satisfying external and/or internal customers
Effective and professional communicator across departments and roles
Preferred Experience
Business experience with a technology understanding
Experience with Supply Chain Management and/or Agile methodologies
Location:
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis,MN office. 2-days in office & 3-days remote.Employee discretion on in office days per week.

The annual salary range for this role is: $58,900- $72,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
