Position Summary:

Job Summary: A Revenue Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Revenue Training team, from a logistical perspective, throughout the entire process of executing a curriculum. This includes (but not limited to) scheduling and coordinating, material purchase, organization and setup, launch communication and learner support.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

  • Coordinate, manage, and enhance the scheduling, logistics, and execution of both virtual and in-person training programs for the Revenue organization. 

  • Assist with logistics and execution of in-person and/or virtual trainings

  • Send training communications to Revenue Teams

  • Learn and understand the SPS Customer Journey

  • Ensure all new hire training tracks are coordinated on a monthly basis

  • Build stable working relationships across the organization

  • Follow standard practices and procedures and apply company policy/procedure in analyzing situations or gathering data from which answers can be readily obtained

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Resource Management System.

  • Develop, build and maintains curriculum programs, Training Orchestra, LMS structure, and reporting

  • Oversee internal support channels (Slack rooms, inboxes) to ensure timely learner and stakeholder support. 

  • Manage all Revenue Training expense collection and submission

  • Assist with other system related launches and updates

  • Assist in coordination of annual Revenue Kickoff meeting

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires 2 years of related experience

  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to successfully communicate across diverse teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organization skills, strong attention to details, and consistent follow-up

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to organize tasks and time to ensure completion of all duties

  • Demonstrated experience managing small projects directly as well as through others

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in a high growth environment

  • Comfort with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone) and Microsoft Office Suite

Location:

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis office.

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual pay offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
