Position Summary:

We’re seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive a cohesive roadmap and execution within the Enterprise Services team, supporting back-office teams and applications with an enhanced focus on supporting Workday (HCM).

The Technical Product Owner acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—defining and prioritizing product features that align with business goals while ensuring technical feasibility. • Develop and maintain the product roadmap in partnership with the Development Manager and Domain Technical Lead, ensuring consistent and realistic updates for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Gather feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with business needs—particularly around Workday and workforce management processes.

  • Manage the product backlog: Prioritize and refine features and tasks.

  • Ensure quality functional documentation: Validate that Functional Design Documents (FDD) and specifications meet end-user needs.

  • Partner with development teams on Technical Design Documents (TDD).

  • Lead sprint planning and participate in agile ceremonies: Including stand-ups, planning, grooming, retrospectives, and release planning.

  • Participate in acceptance testing and validation to ensure features meet defined acceptance criteria.

  • Oversee release management and quality assurance: Monitor performance and ensure delivery of high‑quality, high‑value solutions.
