POSITION SUMMARY

The Shop Manager will provide support for all shop responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Ensure accuracy and organization of maintenance records, equipment logs and vehicle files
2. Track all equipment hours and vehicle miles
3. Oversee the scheduling of equipment and vehicle maintenance and cleaning while keeping detailed service records
4. Maintain and purchase shop inventory, including ordering parts
5. Prepare required documentation accurately and timely, including work orders, purchase orders, parts lists, and timecards
6. Code equipment and vehicle invoices to turn in daily
7. Maintain current knowledge of equipment, vehicle, and product technology
8. Interpret instruction manuals and related literature
9. Plan, review, and implement daily tasks
10. Maintain a safe work environment while observing all safety laws and policies
11. Communicate with customers and co-workers
12. Demonstrate cleanliness, punctuality, and a pleasant attitude

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday in Rochester, MN. Occasional travel will be required.

BENEFITS

Starting salary is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. Competitive benefit program, including retirement, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Paid time off and holidays are available immediately.

Position Requirements:

1. Knowledge of small tools
2. Must have a valid driver's license
3. Quality and production oriented
4. Ability to perform tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
6. Able to communicate effectively
