Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to support both our Help Desk and Design Technology teams. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, where the intern will assist with day-to-day technical tasks, gain exposure to real-world IT operations, and develop both technical and customer service skills.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in IT through practical experience and on-the-job learning.


Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and configure laptops and equipment for new hires
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Install and update software, including printer drivers and required applications
  • Assign and manage software licenses
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues (monitors, docking stations, peripherals)
  • Support conference room technology, including Microsoft Teams systems
  • Perform basic desktop setup, cable management, and workspace organization
  • Maintain and update loaner devices (laptops, iPads, etc.)
  • Track and update IT inventory and asset records
  • Research technical issues and recommend solutions
  • Create end-user documentation, including screenshots and quick-reference guides
  • Assist in creating Keynote files for project presentations
  • Upload and organize content within internal design platforms (e.g., AVAIL)
  • Perform data entry related to new tools, processes, or software implementations


Job Requiremetns

Education and Experience:

High School diploma. Basic understanding of computer hardware and software preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Requirements for this position include detail driven habits, ability to maintain focus in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere and be deadline oriented. Have strong communication and customer service skills.

Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:

Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use insured personal vehicle in the courses of employment.
