The Opportunity

Your Impact

  • Lead Complex Case Resolution – Independently investigate and resolve sophisticated lost time claims, including high-exposure and litigated cases

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3+ years handling New Jersey workers' compensation claims (additional experience may be required for more complex assignments)
  • Education: High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and NJ workers' compensation law
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented approach with a balance of compassion for injured workers and financial responsibility to clients
